Your Spring Upside Down Team 2021:

Camilla Pelligrini

Camilla is an enthusiastic teacher whose journey in movement begun with yoga. After a few years of deep immersion in this practice, her path unraveled into many other disciplines such as acrobatics, dance and massage therapy. In her acro practice she likes to balance fluidity and precision, and loves to interchange roles. She is constantly amazed by the power of creativity and exploration in movement, and her biggest motivation as a teacher is the chance to share all the gifts she received in this journey.

Camilla will be teaching Acrobatics to our community. Always ready for a joke and italian swag she will be rocking the stage with Matteo Bagaz.

Gabriel Schüers

Originally from Austria, Gabe loves to spend his time traveling, learning about other cultures and eating foreign food. With a heart full of humor and arms so long he once managed to hug 5 people at once, he is facilitating a wide variety of trainings in Europe and South East Asia. Gabe is well known for his unique and precise way of teaching. His passion for bodywork gives him the opportunity to welcome and embrace people from all walks of life and encourage them to find freedom through movement and touch.

Mark & Tessa

Tessa and Mark are a Dutch acroyoga teaching couple who met each other at an acro jam and instantly decided to become acro partners. They developed a teaching style together, volunteer teaching at acro jams in The Netherlands. After completing the Partner Acrobatics teacher training they are now traveling around Europe with their Puppy: Puk trying to join as many acroyoga happenings as possible.

Tessa is skillful, playful and serene. Mark is more of a blunt instrument though he loves to focus on technicals. They both try to share as much of what they have to offer at any given occasion, during classes and beyond!

David Worrow

The knowledge and experience I have acquired in the different disciplines I practice (be it visual arts, movement arts, massage therapies, languages…) relate in strange ways and nourish one another. Eventually I found the common thread of all these: education; transmitting what I know to others, which ties all of them together. My objective is to merge the rigorous and efficient Cambridge language teaching methods with the fun and communicative Acro teaching techniques, and add a creative edge from my arts education. Out of all of these, Acro has been by far the one which has most taught me about myself and others.

David loves to learn from his peers as much as he loves to teach. His classes are technically refined, well progressed, fun and most important adressed to any age, background, or gender. David makes no difference, he includes everybody as they are.

Wotan Alvaro Sun

Founder of the blossoming Heart Culture Festival, experienced musician on stage and father of two beautiful children, obviously loves what he does. Using sound healing, Wotan guides people at workshops, retreats, single session`s and circle gatherings world wide to truly connect with their souls and fellows. As an intuitiv coach and herbal medicine producer he is gifted with a wide tool selection to support people finding their own wealth and joy in life.

Wotan will be hosting 2 soundhealing workshops and playes live to yoga, contact impro and bodywork as well adds some spice to our evening bonfire sessions. Be ready for a pure delight for your ears and heart!

Mathias Kluger

Mathias Kluger holds a master degree in Economics and Sustainability, worked for NGO’s, as a school teacher and runs adventure weeks in the woods for kids. With more than 800 hours of YTT experience he regularly teaches in Sri Lanka, India and Austria. Mathias likes to teach a strong physical practice, combining a modern approach with old traditional methods. He loves to share the whole magic of Yoga so he classes are often infused with breathwork, meditation and his in-depth knowledge about philosophy.

In this retreat Mathis will be focusing on designing his classes to cater the needs of his students. Being a DJ for more than ten years, Mathias brings his love for sound and vibration not only to Yoga but also to Ecstatic Dances - be ready to rock!
Elena Ayala

Originally from Andalucía (the sunny part of Spain), Elena has always had the urge to travel the world and see what is beyond the horizon. As a result, she developed a deep love for Mediterranean food, inspired by the different tastes she has experienced on her travels. Elena believes in organic and local products but she is also passionate about growing her own vegetables and fruits. When she is not in the kitchen, she is also a circus acrobat, mover and lover of life. During her free time, she spends most of her time being upside down, exploring dance, contact improvisation and partner acrobatics which she aims to combine into a stunning circus performance.
Elena delight your taste buds with three delicious meals a day.
